Crypto, morning update: Dogecoin declined 2.41%, Avalanche retreated 1.96% on July 7
Dogecoin was the sharpest decliner in morning trading on July 7, falling 2.41% to $0.08, while Avalanche dropped 1.96% to $6.81 as the broader market delivered a mixed picture.
Bitcoin climbed 1.56% to $63,522, leading gains among the larger assets, while Ethereum rose 1.28% to $1,779 and BNB gained 1.31% to $580.97. Cardano edged up 1.32% to $0.18, broadly in line with the positive tone elsewhere in the market.
Solana eased 0.9% to $81.54, while XRP ticked up just 0.13% to $1.14, reflecting little conviction on either side; overall, the session carried a mixed tone, with gains among the majors offset by losses in Dogecoin and Avalanche.
Avalanche, the session’s second-largest decliner, traded within a 24-hour range of $6.82 to $6.93.
