Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, after a meeting to review the preparedness for the possible impact of Cyclonic Storm 'Arnab' on the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday (October 28), said that safety protocols have been implemented in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam divisions and efforts are being made to rapidly normalize the situation.
