Dalai Lama Teachings: There are qualities hidden behind success, Dalai Lama told the mantra of happy and successful life.
Dalai Lama Advice For Successful Life: In today’s high pace life, most of us believe that a good job, high salary, big house or social recognition is the key to success. Everyone wants to move ahead in their career and personal life, but sometimes they have to pay the price for it in the form of their mental peace, loneliness and dissatisfaction.
In such a situation, Tibetan religious guru Dalai Lama considers compassion as the biggest basis of success. He believes that compassion is not just the name of showing kindness to others, but it is a mental condition in which a person understands the happiness and sorrow of others and tries to help them in every possible way.
When a person gives place to kindness and compassion in his life, he not only makes the lives of others better, but he himself also feels strong and calm from within.
happiness is within us
The Dalai Lama believes that happiness does not lie outside, but in our own behavior and thinking. If a person always thinks only about his success, he may feel contented for some time, but it is difficult to get mental peace in the long run. Along with this, when we are respectful, cooperative and sensitive towards others, our own relationships also become stronger and positivity increases in life.
Compassion and kindness bring positivity
According to him, the effect of compassion is not only spiritual. It also helps in our personal and professional life. Even in the workplace, when you or someone else adopts respectful and cooperative behavior with each other, better teamwork develops. Trust in each other increases.
The world needs more understanding
Looking at the current situation, the Dalai Lama believes that today the world needs empathy and understanding more than ever. Amidst increasing competition, tension and social distance, if people try to understand each other’s feelings, then many disputes and mental problems can be reduced.

hard work is necessary for success
All this does not mean at all that hard work, discipline and goals are not necessary for success in life. According to the Dalai Lama’s thoughts, if compassion, honesty and moral values are combined with hard work and dedication, success becomes permanent.
The mantras given by the Dalai Lama show that true success in life cannot be a bank balance or a job, rather the mantra of a successful life is the behavior of a person, which requires kindness, patience and compassion.
