At the same time, after the announcement of Ashutosh Tiwari’s name, discussions about former Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra contesting the elections have also ended.

Actually, this seat had become vacant after the membership of former Congress MLA Rajendra Bharti from Datia Assembly seat ended. At the same time, the name of the candidate is yet to be announced by Congress. The name of Shobha Bharti, wife of former MLA Rajendra Bharti, is being considered at the forefront in the party. Apart from this, names of Ghanshyam Singh and Awadhesh Nayak are also discussed.
Let us tell you that political excitement has started increasing regarding Datia by-election. Notification regarding the by-election was issued on July 6. After this the nomination process started and the forms will be filled till July 13. After this, there will be scrutiny of nominations on 14th July and withdrawal of nominations on 16th July. Voting is proposed on July 30 and counting of votes is proposed on August 3.
