When Did the Fire Break Out?

It is reported that the massive fire broke out around 3:00 AM—while residents were fast asleep—in Block B of Vivek Vihar, Delhi, likely due to an AC explosion. The fire spread so rapidly that no one had a chance to escape. The victims of this tragedy include Arvind Jain (62), his wife Anita Jain, their son Nishank Jain (34), their daughter-in-law Anchal, and their grandson Aaru, who was merely one and a half years old.
