Delhi Metro will start the 12th online customer satisfaction survey, feedback can be given till August 14.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is once again going to communicate directly with the public to make the journey of its passengers more accessible, safe and comfortable. In this series, DMRC will start its 12th online customer satisfaction survey (Customer Satisfaction Survey-2026) from July 15. This special survey will run from 15th July to 14th August 2026 i.e. for one month. During this time, metro passengers will be able to share their opinions, suggestions and experiences through online medium.

According to DMRC, the main objective of this initiative is to get direct feedback from passengers regarding metro services, passenger amenities, security arrangements, cleanliness, punctuality and other services. Based on the suggestions received from the survey, necessary improvements will be made in the metro services, so that a better travel experience can be provided to the passengers.

Delhi Metro system will be better with the suggestions of passengers

Anuj Dayal, Principal Executive Director, Corporate Communications, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said that Delhi Metro has always given top priority to the needs and convenience of passengers. This survey has been started for this very purpose, so that the services can be further improved by taking direct feedback from the passengers. He said that the main objective of this survey is to collect detailed opinions and suggestions of passengers on various services and facilities of the Metro. For this, a comprehensive questionnaire has been prepared, through which feedback of passengers will be taken on travel experience, station facilities, cleanliness, security, punctuality, information system and other aspects.

Anuj Dayal, Principal Executive Director, Corporate Communications, DMRC, said that the feedback and data received from this survey will be extremely important for Delhi Metro. On the basis of these, a detailed evaluation of the existing services, facilities and operational arrangements will be done. He said that as per the expectations and suggestions of the passengers, necessary improvements and changes will be made in the various services, operational system and infrastructure of the Metro, so that the travel experience can be further improved. Keeping in mind the convenience of passengers, DMRC has divided this survey into seven major categories. Passengers will be able to give their ratings, opinions and suggestions on all these important aspects. The Metro administration believes that direct participation of passengers will improve the quality of services and help in tailoring future plans to suit their needs.

DMRC has divided the passenger satisfaction survey into seven major categories to get detailed feedback from passengers on every important aspect of the metro services. In the survey, passengers will be able to give their ratings and suggestions on the following points:

Availability & Accessibility: Frequency of metro trains, accessibility to stations and ease of travel.

Facilities Offered to Customers: The quality of infrastructure available within stations and trains.

Information: Clarity and usefulness of display boards, announcements and route maps.

Quality of Services: Timeliness, reliability and overall service level of metro operations.

Customer Services: Behavior of Metro employees, assistance and provision of grievance redressal.

Outside Metro Area: Last mile connectivity, parking and cleanliness status outside the stations.

Security, Safety & Comfort: Security arrangements, safety measures and comfortable travel experience during travel.

Passengers can participate in this online survey started to improve the services of Delhi Metro through a very easy process. DMRC has appealed to all the passengers to participate in this and share their opinions and suggestions. To participate in the survey, passengers will have to visit the official website of DMRC. The link to the survey has been provided on the home page of the website. By clicking on that link, passengers can fill the feedback form and give their ratings and suggestions on various aspects related to metro services. Keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, the survey form has been made available in both Hindi and English languages, so that local and all other passengers can easily submit their responses. DMRC says that the suggestions received from this survey will form an important basis for improving metro services and passenger facilities in future.

Survey will run for one month, feedback can be given till 14th August

According to DMRC, links for all the seven subjects related to the passenger satisfaction survey will be available on the official website from 15 July 2026 to 14 August 2026, i.e. for a full month. During this period, passengers will be able to submit online feedback and suggestions as per their convenience. Delhi Metro has appealed to all the regular and other passengers of the National Capital Region (NCR) to participate enthusiastically in this survey. DMRC says that based on the experience, suggestions and ratings of passengers, necessary improvements will be made in metro services, facilities and infrastructure, so that the journey of Delhi Metro can be made more convenient, safe and world class.
