Delhi Police ACP Vivek Bhagat, who is facing allegations of alleged sexual misconduct with women journalists during the coverage of protests at Jantar Mantar, has been given the duty charge of Additional DCP. However, amid the controversy, Vivek Bhagat refused to take up this responsibility until the investigation is completed.
