Umar Khalid Bail Rejected: Karkardooma Court has rejected the fresh bail applications of Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam in the case of major conspiracy of 2020 Delhi riots. The accused argued that there has been no significant progress in the case since their previous bail pleas were rejected by the Supreme Court on January 5, 2026, and also referred to their six-year detention.
