A case of murder of a 15-year-old minor student has come to light in Nangloi area of the country's capital Delhi. The deceased has been identified as Atul (name changed). He was a resident of Rao Vihar area of Nangloi and studied in class 9th. The incident is said to have taken place on Thursday. According to the police, the student was attacked with a knife, due to which he died. The involvement of three minors has come to light in the case. The police have taken all three into custody and started questioning them and the reason behind the murder is being investigated.
Dispute happened after old dispute
According to the information, Atul was roaming with his classmate Krishna (name changed) and a class 10 student on Thursday afternoon. It is being told that Atul and the student were close to each other. Meanwhile, when all three were passing through the ghostly street, they saw three minors coming from the front. According to the initial investigation of the police, Atul had already had an altercation with these three. It is being told that the student with whom Atul was roaming had earlier had a relationship with a minor living in the neighbourhood. There was a dispute earlier between the two parties regarding this issue. The police are now investigating by linking this old dispute as the reason for the incident.

According to the information, after the friendship between Atul and the 10th class student, there had been many disputes between Atul and the minor, who was a former acquaintance of the student. On Thursday, the minor saw the student roaming with Atul and raised objection about this. After this there was an altercation between the two, after which the minor left from there with his two friends.
After some time, the three minors again reached Atul. At that time Atul was with his classmate Krishna. The dispute started again between the two parties. According to the initial investigation of the police, during this time both the companions of the minor caught Atul and the main accused minor attacked him with a knife. After the attack, Atul was injured and the accused fled from the spot. The police is now investigating the entire incident on the basis of eyewitnesses and CCTV footage.
All three minors were sent to juvenile home
After the incident, the three minors fled from the spot. Meanwhile, Atul was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he died during treatment. Police were informed about the incident from the hospital. After the post-mortem on Friday, the police handed over the body to the family members. During the investigation of the case, the police examined the footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby. With the help of the footage, the three minor accused were identified and taken into custody. After this, all three were produced before the Children's Court, from where they were sent to a juvenile home.
