Delta Air Lines Boeing 757 : There was an atmosphere of fear on a Delta Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Boston on Tuesday when the passengers came to know that the health of the plane's captain had become very bad. At that time, there were a total of 147 passengers on board the Boeing 757 aircraft.

Captain himself sent radio message

After his health deteriorated, the Captain himself sent a message over the radio to Air Traffic Control that he was feeling ill. He needs to go to the hospital immediately.

According to reports, “I am the captain. I am the one who is sick. I am going to taxi from the jet to the gate. Then I have to go to the hospital.” The captain can be heard saying from the tower on the air traffic recording.

Due to the exigencies of the situation, flight DL437 was diverted towards Detroit's West County Airport. An emergency landing of the plane was made there. As soon as the plane landed safely, the captain was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment, while after the other crew members boarded the plane, the flight departed for Boston.
