Demand for action on objectionable remarks against Prophet-e-Islam and Hazrat Ayesha

Agra. Muslim social worker Maulana Masroor Raza Qadri has submitted a complaint letter to the Police Commissioner, Agra, demanding strict legal action regarding the alleged objectionable remarks made on social media regarding Prophet-e-Islam Hazrat Muhammad Sahib (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and Hazrat Ayesha (Raziallahu Anha).

Maulana Masroor Raza Qadri said in his complaint letter that on June 20, 2026, a user posted such a comment on Instagram, which has hurt the religious sentiments of the Muslim society. They allege that the said comment not only insults religious faith but is also an attempt to spread disharmony and tension in the society.
He has demanded the police administration to investigate the matter impartially and take legal action against the person concerned and register a case under necessary legal sections. He says that there should be an effective ban on the spread of material that hurts religious sentiments on social media, so that social harmony and law and order are maintained.

Maulana Masroor Raza Qadri said that it is the duty of every citizen to respect all religions and their revered personalities. He appealed to the administration to take immediate action and take strict action against the culprit.
In this regard, people of the local Muslim community have also demanded the administration to take the matter seriously and take necessary action.
