After this event, a video has gone viral on social media. In this video, a woman can be seen opening an attractive gift box. This box, decorated with a lotus symbol, seems to have a message from the ‘Ramayan’ team and a gold-colored embroidered conch shell. Therefore, there is a discussion on social media whether this gift was given by the film team itself.
However, there is no confirmation yet that this conch shell was officially given as a gift by the producers. Also, the film team has not given any official explanation regarding this viral video. Therefore, these claims on social media need to be viewed with caution.
Meanwhile, at the SDCC event, the makers also responded to the ongoing discussions regarding the release of the film. It was clarified that the film ‘Ramayana: Part 1’ will be released as scheduled in Diwali 2026. This has put an end to the rumors that the film will be released early. In this film, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of Lord Shri Ram, Yash Ravana and Sai Pallavi Mata Sita. Apart from this, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Arun Govil, Kunal Kapoor, Adinath Kothare, Sheeba Chadha and Indira Krishnan also have important roles. The film, which will be released in two parts, the first part will be released in Diwali 2026, while the second part will be released in Diwali 2027.
