To maintain proper digestion in summer, consume enough water (3-4 litres), coconut water, and buttermilk. Eat light, fresh and less spicy meals, including salads and fruits. Include curd, probiotics, and mint in your diet. Avoid heavy and fried food, excessive tea-coffee and eating late at night.
