District Magistrate listened to the problems of common people during Total Solution Day in Tehsil Tanda.

Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Isha Priya, a complete solution day was organized in Tehsil Tanda today in the presence of Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Jyotsna Bandhu, Deputy District Magistrate Tanda and Area Magistrate Tanda and other related departments' district level officers and employees. On this occasion, the District Magistrate heard the problems and complaints of the complainants in the tehsil one by one and instructed the concerned officers to dispose of the complaints quickly, impartially and qualitatively as per the intention of the government.

A total of 26 complaints related to various departments were received during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, out of which 06 complaints were resolved on the spot. Instructions were given to the concerned departments for quality disposal of the remaining 20 complaints within the stipulated time.

The District Magistrate directed the officers to ensure real and satisfactory solution to the problems of every complainant. In cases where on-site investigation is necessary, the concerned officers themselves should go to the spot and investigate and ensure action as per rules.

He said that public hearing is among the priorities of the government. There should not be any laxity in solving the problems of the common people. If negligence is found in the quality and progress of redressal of complaints, accountability of the concerned officer will be fixed.

The District Magistrate directed the officers of Revenue, Police, Development, Electricity, Health, Municipal Body, Consolidation and other departments to ensure timely and quality disposal of matters related to the general public with mutual coordination. On this occasion, officials of the concerned departments were present during the entire resolution day and necessary action was taken to resolve the problems of the complainants.

In the same sequence, in other tehsils of the district also, a complete solution day was organized under the chairmanship of senior officials and the problems of the common people were heard. A total of 105 complaints were received in Tehsil Akbarpur during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, out of which 06 complaints were resolved on the spot. Similarly, 05 out of total 80 complaints received in Tehsil Jalalpur, 06 out of 60 in Bhiti and 08 out of 59 in Alapur were resolved on the spot, the officials of the concerned department were directed for timely disposal of the remaining complaints.
