Sugar syrup plays an important role in enhancing the taste of jalebi. To make this, add water and sugar in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Make crispy and juicy jalebi like this

To prepare the batter for Jalebi, add flour, ghee and Eno in a vessel. Now prepare a smooth and thick solution by adding water little by little. Take care that there are no lumps in the solution.

After this, heat oil in a pan. Fill the prepared solution in a piping bag or clean cloth with holes. Now make the shape of Jalebi by rotating it in hot oil in a circular motion. Fry the jalebi on medium flame until golden and crisp on both sides.

After frying, immediately put the jalebis in the prepared syrup and keep them immersed for about 1-2 minutes. After this take them out. Keep in mind that do not leave the jalebis in the syrup for too long, otherwise they may become excessively soft.

How to make thick and creamy rabri at home

To make Rabdi, add milk and milk powder in a deep pan and mix well. Now cook it on medium flame and keep stirring occasionally, so that the milk does not stick to the bottom. When the milk starts boiling lightly, add sugar to it and mix well. Cook the mixture for about 15-20 minutes, until the rabri becomes thick and creamy. After this add chopped almonds and pistachios. Finally add saffron and mix the rabri well. Let it cool for some time, so that its taste and texture improves.
