District Magistrate Charchal Gaur and Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma reached the Police Station Day organized at Police Station Ghoraval and seriously listened to the problems and complaints of the common people. After receiving information from the complainants regarding their problems, the officers gave instructions to the concerned officers for effective, quality and timely disposal of the cases.
During the Police Station Day, the problems of the complainants regarding land disputes, revenue and various matters related to the police department were heard. Taking information about the status of each case from the concerned officers, the District Magistrate directed that the disposal of complaints should not be limited to mere formality, but should go to the spot and investigate the actual situation and ensure a fair and satisfactory solution.
The District Magistrate directed the officials of the Revenue and Police Department to resolve other matters including land disputes with mutual coordination. He said that there should be no negligence at any level in solving public problems and timely relief should be provided to the complainant.
Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma instructed the police officers to dispose of the complaints received on the police station day on priority basis and ensure necessary action in matters related to law and order.
