Do not eat these 4 things even by mistake immediately after eating blackberries, otherwise acid poison may form in the stomach, health may deteriorate.

Black Plum, available during summer and monsoon season, is as delicious in taste as it is considered equally beneficial for health. Jamun, rich in anti-oxidants, vitamin C, iron and potassium, is no less than a boon for diabetic patients. However, according to Ayurveda and health experts, the full benefit of any fruit is obtained only when it is eaten in the right way and with the right combination of things. Consuming certain things immediately after eating jamun can cause severe reactions in the stomach, which can lead to digestive system disorders and skin diseases. 1. Do not drink milk even by mistake after eating jamun. Consuming milk immediately after eating jamun or along with it is considered most dangerous. Jamun has naturally acidic properties. When it reaches the stomach and mixes with milk, the milk curdles and starts producing toxins (poisonous elements) in the stomach. This can cause severe gas in the stomach, acidity, vomiting, cramps and serious digestive problems. Keep a gap of at least 1 to 2 hours between eating berries and drinking milk. 2. The combination of blackberries and turmeric is harmful. If you have eaten blackberries, then avoid things that contain high amounts of turmeric (like turmeric milk, curry or spicy food) for the next few hours. The simultaneous reaction of blackberries and turmeric inside the stomach can cause stomach irritation, acidity and abdominal cramps. People with sensitive stomach may also feel severe burning sensation in the chest. 3. Stay away from pickles or sour things. Jamun itself is an astringent and slightly sour fruit. One should not consume vinegar, mango pickle, lemon or other highly sour substances immediately after eating it. Consumption of both sour substances together in the stomach disturbs the pH level of the stomach, which increases the risk of severe hyperacidity, bloating and ulcers. 4. Eating blackberries and drinking water on an empty stomach: Never make the mistake of eating blackberries on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning. Eating blackberries on an empty stomach causes rapid acid formation in the stomach, which can cause nausea and vomiting. Apart from this, one should avoid gulping and drinking water immediately after eating jamun. Drinking water immediately after eating jamun slows down the digestive fire, which can cause problems like phlegm, cough and sore throat. What is the right time and way to eat jamun? According to health experts, the best time to eat jamun is 1 hour after lunch or during evening snack time. By sprinkling a little black salt or roasted cumin on jamun, it gets easily digested and the body gets all its nutrients completely.
