Children love noodles. Instead of flour noodles, you can make roti noodles.
Method: First of all, roll the rotis into rounds and cut them into fine noodles. Heat some oil in a pan and fry onion, capsicum, carrot and vegetables of your choice. Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper to it. Finally add chopped rotis and toss for 2 minutes.
Crispy Bread Tacos
If you feel like eating something crispy with evening tea, this is the best option.
Method: Prepare masala from leftover dry vegetables or boiled potatoes. Apply cheese or mayonnaise on half of the roti and place potato masala on top. Fold the roti and give it a half-moon shape. Now apply butter or ghee on the pan and cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides.

Method: Cut the rotis into pieces and grind them coarsely in a mixer. Heat two spoons of ghee in a pan and fry this churma for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the gas and add jaggery or sugar and cardamom powder. When it cools down a bit, make small laddus. Garnish with dried fruits
