New Delhi, 05 July 2026: This year the annual Shri Amarnathji Yatra has started with great enthusiasm and excitement. In the first two days of the yatra, 32,313 devotees had darshan and worship at the holy cave-pilgrimage place.
Meanwhile, the fourth batch of pilgrims for the annual yatra left from Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas in Jammu this morning amid tight security arrangements. This quantity includes 6,731 passengers traveling in 291 vehicles. Of these, 4,131 pilgrims are proceeding through the traditional Pahalgam route in 139 vehicles, while 2,590 pilgrims are proceeding through the Baltal route in 152 vehicles.
