Hila Klein’s marriage to Ethan Klein appears to have reached a breaking point, with the podcaster reportedly filing for divorce just two weeks after making shocking allegations of infidelity against her husband.
The latest development came to light on November 2, when TMZ and Page Six reported, citing court documents, that the 38-year-old podcaster, is seeking to dissolve her 14-year marriage.
The filings reportedly indicate that they married on October 10, 2012, before separating on October 13, 2026.
TMZ further reported that the H3 Podcast cohost t has requested joint custody of her and Ethan’s, 41, three children, Theodore, 7, Bruce, 4, and Sunny, 2, along with spousal support.
Beyond the custody and support requests, she is also reportedly seeking reimbursement for her legal fees from Ethan while also asking to reclaim her maiden name, Hacmon.
The marital controversy first came into the spotlight on October 23, when Hila made a public accusation against her husband in an Instagram post.
“I am living in a nightmare I can’t wake up from. My husband has been having an affair. I have been fed lie after lie after lie for months. I am tired of lies,” she wrote in the post. “Eventually, he was caught in a lie, and I knew I was done. But the lies continued. ‘It was just a kiss’ became ‘it was emotional cheating.’”
Continuing, “After I dragged these lies from him, he finally admitted he’d been in an affair for over 6 months, the extent of which I’m sure I still don’t know.”
“The betrayal I feel is immeasurable,” she added. “The person I loved and trusted for 20 years evaporated overnight. He was my safe place, my partner in marriage, parenting, and business. My only family on this side of the world. How do I even begin to make sense of this?”
