Materials:
- potato
- Oil
- Chaat masala
- Tamarind Chutney
- green chutney
- Coriander
- Chev
- Pomegranate seeds
- Red chillies
- Roasted cumin powder
- Black salt

Action:
- To make fried potato chaat, first of all, take water in a pot and soak the potatoes in it for some time. After washing the potatoes, remove 1 whistle from the cooker and cook the potatoes.
- Cool the cooked potatoes and peel them. After that cut the potato into medium size pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry potato pieces in it. Then drain the oil completely.
- In a large bowl, add fried potatoes, tamarind chutney, green chutney and pomegranate seeds and mix well.
- Then add salt to taste, black salt, red chilli, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala and mix well.
- You can also mix lemon juice as per your preference.
- Take the prepared chaat in a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds for garnish and serve.
- Fried potato chaat made in easy way is ready.
