Farmer hit by bike due to old enmity in Siddharthnagar, died during treatment

Uttar Pradesh. Today, a farmer died in a bike collision in Siddharthnagar when he was returning home after planting paddy. The relatives of the deceased have described this incident as a premeditated murder conspiracy due to old rivalry. Family members say that the accused deliberately increased the speed of the bike and hit the farmer from behind, killing him. At present, the police have registered a case considering it as a road accident and are also investigating the allegations of murder.

In the statement given to the police, Jagdish Nishad, a resident of Badharghat, said that his father Motilal was returning home after transplanting paddy in the field at around seven in the evening. At that time, due to an old rivalry near a crossroads, Gaurav Sahni of the village was hit from behind by a speeding bike. The collision was so strong that Motilal fell on the road and got injured and the accused fled from the spot. The people present at the spot informed the relatives about this. After that he was taken to the medical college for treatment, where he died during treatment late at night. On the one hand, the deceased’s son accused Gaurav Sahni and said that the accused had threatened to kill his father many times before. The relatives of the deceased have filed a case of murder against the accused and have also demanded strict action.

Local police station incharge Manoj Kumar Srivastava said that for the first time a case has been registered considering this case as a road accident. But the allegations of murder and old enmity in the complaint given by the relatives are being investigated thoroughly. On the basis of this, if the allegations are proved in the investigation, then legal action will be taken by amending the case filed.
