Materials:
- Idli
- Onion
- tomato
- Cooked corn kernels
- Peas
- curd
- green chutney
- Tamarind Chutney
- Chev
- Coriander leaves
- ghee or oil

- To make idli chaat, firstly, cut the idli into medium sized pieces. Idli should not be too fine. This can spoil the taste of the food.
- Heat ghee or oil in a kadai, add the cut idli pieces and fry until light golden. This will make the idli crispy.
- Take the idli in a bowl and mix it with finely chopped onion, tomato and boiled corn kernels, peas.
- Then top it with whipped curd, coriander mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
- Top the prepared chaat with chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chillies and finely chopped coriander leaves and serve to eat.
