After the announcement of his new national team by BJP's new national president Nitin Naveen, the first important meeting of office bearers is being organized at the party headquarters in Delhi on Saturday. On this occasion, grand posters and hoardings have been put up around the BJP headquarters in Delhi to welcome the new team, due to which the political atmosphere has completely heated up.
In this marathon meeting, important issues like connecting with Gen-Z (young generation), increasing the party's activism on social media and preparations for the upcoming 2027 assembly elections are expected to be discussed in detail. According to reports, a total of three separate meetings will be held throughout the day. The first meeting will be the formal introduction of the new team, the second meeting will focus on preparations for the 'Modi@25' programme, and the third meeting will brainstorm on election strategy and strengthening the organisation.
Introduction of the new team in the first meeting
The first meeting of the day will be held on Saturday between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. In this, all the newly appointed officials of the new national team announced by Nitin Naveen on August 17 will be formally introduced.
While on one hand this new team of BJP includes the guidance of experienced and veteran leaders, on the other hand many new and young faces have also been given important responsibilities. During this meeting, the party leadership will give detailed guidance to the new office bearers about the functioning of the organization, their special area of work and priorities of the party.
Brainstorming on preparations for 'Modi@25' program
The second main meeting on Saturday is going to be completely focused on the preparations for the 'Modi@25' program. It is noteworthy that Narendra Modi is about to complete a total of 25 years in public life while holding the top administrative post—first as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and then as the Prime Minister of the country.
BJP is preparing a plan to celebrate this historic achievement as a big festival across the country. In this meeting, the outline of countrywide campaigns, public relations strategies to connect directly with the general public and the timeline of various programs will be finalized.
Amit Shah's mantra on election strategy
The third and most important meeting of the day will start at 6:00 pm. In this, BJP President Nitin Naveen, all the national BJP officials from across the country and state presidents of various states will participate together. This meeting is likely to be addressed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
In the meeting, there will be a detailed discussion on the strategy of connecting Gen-Z youth with the party, giving priority to issues related to women, making the party's presence on social media more effective and strengthening the organization in the upcoming election states.
2027 assembly elections in five states
It is noteworthy that in the year 2027, assembly elections are to be held in five major states of the country – Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur. After the tenure of the existing assemblies of all these states ends, elections will be held to form new governments.
Keeping this election strategy in mind, big leaders have been given responsibilities in Nitin Naveen's new team announced on August 17. Former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje, senior leader Ram Madhav, former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Tirath Singh Rawat and Baijayant 'Jai' Panda of Odisha have been made National Vice Presidents, while former Union Minister Smriti Irani has been given the important responsibility of National General Secretary.
