Search for the first CEO of Ayodhya Ram temple intensifies, know when the name will be unveiled

Ayodhya Ram Mandir CEO Selection: A big step is being taken towards making the arrangements of the grand temple of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya more strong and transparent. For the first time in the history of the temple, a Chief Executive Officer i.e. CEO is going to be appointed. The final interview of the 16 top contenders in the race for this important post has been completed. However, there is still curiosity and mystery about who will sit on the CEO's chair first. There is every possibility that the formal announcement of the name for this big post will happen on September 2, when all the trustees of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will sit in a special meeting and give their final consent on a name.

Deep brainstorming is going on to prepare the panel

Even after the final interview is over, an important stage of the selection process is still left. All three members of the selection committee are discussing among themselves to reach a consensus on the three best names among the 16 stalwarts who appeared for the interview. The committee is trying to ensure that the three names placed before the trust belong to different fields of work and backgrounds. The selection committee will prepare this panel after mutual discussion and submit its report to the trust before September 2. After this, the officials of the trust will consider these three names and give the final approval.

Why was the decision taken to appoint CEO

After the irregularities and theft related to offerings in the Ram temple complex came to light, many questions started being raised regarding the arrangements. In view of the difficult circumstances, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had called a special meeting on July 6. In this meeting, it was decided to appoint a professional and experienced Chief Executive Officer for the efficient running of all administrative functions, security, darshan arrangements and financial matters of the temple complex. With this, the arrangements will be run in a professional manner and there will be no scope for any kind of disturbance.

Formation of three-member high level committee

To keep the CEO selection process completely fair and transparent, the Trust had formed a high level committee. In this three-member selection committee headed by retired judge Pramod Kohli, retired Lieutenant General Vishnukant Chaturvedi and the country's well-known nuclear scientist Dr. Suresh Haware were included as members. This committee had invited applications through online mode on July 13. As soon as the application process started, experts from different fields from across the country showed huge interest in it and a total of 5585 people presented their claim.

Difficult selection among thousands of applications

When the committee asked for detailed biodata from all 5585 applicants, 3877 candidates submitted their complete documents. After this, a very strict and detailed phase of selection of qualified people began. In the second phase, the committee examined 1580 applications very closely. After thorough scrutiny, 111 eligible candidates were selected for online interview. After interviewing all of them, the committee called the most qualified and skilled 16 top candidates directly to Ayodhya for the final interview.

Final interview round held in Ayodhya

Last Tuesday and Wednesday in Ayodhya, the selection committee interviewed all these 16 final candidates face to face. Those who gave interviews included many former administrative officers of the country, former police officers, retired senior officers from military services and many big names from the corporate world. After completion of the interviews, the committee members left for their destination. Now the committee is busy preparing a list of three best names by assessing the efficiency, administrative experience and dedication of these 16 people.

The first commander will be decided in the meeting on September 2

The panel of three names assigned by the selection committee will be very balanced, so that it becomes easier for the Trust to take the final decision. After receiving the recommendations of the committee, all the key members of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will sit together in Ayodhya on September 2. In this meeting, there will be a detailed discussion on all three names and one name will be unanimously selected as the first CEO of Ram Temple. This new officer will have a huge responsibility on the shoulders of making the entire system of Ram Temple modern, safe and accessible.
