Flydubai's uneasiness increased due to the terrorist attack on the plane, the passengers are preparing for a lawsuit to recover a large amount of compensation

A flydubai flight suffered a major mid-air disaster last week. Omani pilot Hamam Al-Hamami was trying to divert the plane towards Saudi Arabia. Indian pilot Smit Machhar saved the flight from hijacking and sabotage. This time, Flydubai passengers are preparing a joint lawsuit seeking millions of dollars in compensation in that incident.

It is known that most of the passengers have planned to file a case against the relevant airlines as well as the Ministry of Transport of both Israel and the United Arab Emirates. The lawsuit could seek tens of millions of dollars in damages for the horrific incident on Flydubai Flight 1073. According to a media report, about 100 of the 174 passengers have been involved in legal proceedings. They have also formed a committee to monitor the case.

It should be noted that the flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv suffered a major disaster in mid-air last Wednesday. Omani pilot Hamam Al-Hamami was trying to divert the plane towards Saudi Arabia. After seeing it, co-pilot Smit Machhar went to stop it, at that time Hamam attacked him with an ax in the cockpit. Somehow Smith opened the cockpit door. The passengers entered the cockpit and grabbed Hammam. The passengers tied his hands and feet to ensure that he could do no more harm. But the flight attendants of Flydubai did not like that.

Zika Manes and Daniel Slichter, two passengers on the plane, said the four passengers had tied up Hamam. The accused pilot was covered with headphone wires and various types of tape. The situation has somehow been dealt with by then. But in such a situation, other employees of the aircraft appeared in the cockpit. He continued to demand that Hamam should be released. Naturally, questions arise in the minds of passengers. The pilot who was going to cause a big accident, why are the airmen insisting to release him? In Mane's words, “They were asking to release a militant. I don't know why.”

However, no charges have yet been filed against the other employees of Biman. Flydubai also did not comment on such explosive allegations. But the question arises, was the entire plane filled with jihadist-minded workers like Hamam? Had Hamam not been intercepted, would these workers also have worked as part of the conspiracy?
