Kyiv, September 3. After meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow last week, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar is now on a visit to Ukraine. In this sequence, on Thursday he met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and other top leaders and also met India on the issue of oil purchase from Russia.
