Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Uma Bharti’s health deteriorated while returning from Vrindavan, admitted to Jewar hospital.
New Delhi. Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and former Union Minister Uma Bharti’s health deteriorated while returning from Vrindavan. He was immediately admitted to Kailash Hospital in Jewar.

As soon as the news of his deteriorating health was received, many BJP leaders and workers came to meet him. Bulandshahr Anupshahr MLA Sanjay Sharma also reached the hospital. Rabupura Nagar Panchayat President Shashank Singh also reached the hospital to know the condition of Uma Bharti.
Apart from these, other BJP leaders and workers also reached the hospital. He also met Uma Bharti.
Worshiped at Katyayani Devi temple in Vrindavan
Earlier on Monday, Uma Bharti had visited the Katyayani Devi temple in Vrindavan and offered prayers to the goddess. There he prayed to the Mother Goddess for the protection of cows, security of the nation and the liberation of Sri Krishna birthplace and Kashi Vishwanath. After visiting, he expressed deep grief over the accident in Yamuna river in Vrindavan. Describing it as a very sad incident, he said that after such a long time, such a heart-wrenching accident has happened, due to which not only we but also Yamuna Maiya herself will be sad. On the question of responsibility for the accident, he said that points like the capacity of the boat and negligence are the subject of investigation, on which the administration will be working. He refused to make any kind of political statement on this sensitive issue.
