Vigilance has found strong evidence of the scam, after which Vigilance is preparing to file chargesheet against the former MLA and other accused in three cases registered in Shravasti, Balrampur and Gonda. Along with this, the amount and other details of the fraud committed by the former MLA and his close associates are also being collected. Not only this, there are many other drug mafias like Mukesh who have established their rule in the health department.

Most importantly, the former MLA had registered many firms in the name of his father, wife, sister-in-law and others and he used to work in these firms only. Along with this, he also used to gamble with crores of rupees through these firms. Not only this, sources say that Mukesh Srivastava also has many drug mafia close to him, whose firms he used to work for and in return he used to give them some part of the earnings. If he is also investigated then the entire syndicate of Mukesh Srivastava will be exposed.
Let us tell you that Mukesh Srivastava had formed a firm by the name of RK Construction in the name of his father, Shrishti Enterprises in the name of his wife Pooja Srivastava, BL Enterprises in the name of sister-in-law Savita, through which he used to supply medicines and medical equipment to hospitals. If sources are to be believed, evidence of fraud committed by these firms has also been found. In such a situation, the troubles of Mukesh’s family are also sure to increase.
Used to work in more than a dozen districts of the state
If sources are to be believed, apart from Balrampur, Gonda, Shravasti, Mukesh Srivastava worked in more than a dozen districts of the state. At some places, he used to work in his own firms and at some places, he worked in the firms of drug mafias close to him. If this is investigated then the names of drug mafias close to Mukesh will also be exposed and the names of their firms will also come to light.
Investigation is also going on against Mukesh’s brother Ajay
His brother Ajay Srivastava also supported the former MLA in his corruption. A case of disproportionate assets is also being investigated against Ajay Srivastava, a clerk posted in the Balrampur CMO office. If sources are to be believed, Ajay Srivastava has committed a lot of fraud during his job in Barabanki, Gonda, Bahraich and many other districts.

Arrest made in disproportionate assets case
Many transactions worth lakhs of rupees of the former MLA from these companies have also been tracked. Vigilance has arrested Mukesh Srivastava and sent him to jail in the case of amassing disproportionate assets. Vigilance is investigating against the former MLA, an accused named in different cases registered in the NRHM scam case between the financial year 2017-18 to the year 2021-22.
