Geneva: World record holder in pole vault and two-time Olympic gold medalist Mondo Duplantis has now made his mark in the world of sports as well as music. World Athletics on Friday announced her song 'Gold' as the official anthem of the first 'World Athletics Ultimate Championships'.
The special thing about this song is that it is written and sung by Duplantis himself. The accompanying music video has also been launched worldwide.

According to a World Athletics press release, Duplantis said he wrote the song with a feeling that was bigger than individual achievements.

Mondo Duplantis will perform this song live at the closing ceremony of the 'Ultimate Championship' held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary on September 13.
