Fusion Classroom Edutech IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Fusion Classroom Edutech Limited, a rapidly growing hybrid edutech platform across the country, will open on 31 July 2026. The company has fixed the price band of ₹ 151 to ₹ 159 per share for this. This IPO will close on 4 August 2026. Whereas the bidding for anchor investors will start on July 30, 2026.
According to the company’s Founder Director Alka Nikhil Zaveri, Fusion Classroom, established in the year 2016, has more than 6 lakh registered users and more than 2 lakh paid subscribers. Apart from this, there is a library of more than 100 courses. This is a total issue of 24,55,200 equity shares. This includes fresh issue of 19,89,400 new shares and offer for sale of 4,65,800 shares.
The face value of all the shares is ₹10. The minimum bid lot is 1,600 shares and thereafter applications can be made in multiples of 800 shares. The company’s shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform. Under the book building process, up to 50% of the net offer will be reserved for QIBs, 15% for non-institutional investors and 35% for retail investors. Up to 60% of the QIB tranche can be given to anchor investors.
Where will the funds be used
According to the company’s co-founders and directors Dhruv Nikhil Zaveri and Dhumil Nikhil Zaveri, the company will use the proceeds from the IPO for repayment of existing debt, AI/ML model and technology development, server-cloud infrastructure, content development, desktop-laptop purchase for new offline centres, marketing and possible acquisitions.
