Ghaziabad: Massive fire broke out in the slums of Indirapuram, smoke billowed in the entire area, relief work underway.

Ghaziabad. After UP capital Lucknow, a massive fire broke out in a foil warehouse in Kanavani area of ​​Indirapuram police station area in Ghaziabad on Thursday afternoon. The fire quickly spread to the nearby slums, filling the area with smoke. Videos of the incident have surfaced on social media, in which high flames and thick black smoke are clearly visible. The fire started in the foil warehouse and also reached some slums of foil pickers.

Ghaziabad District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Madand said that the fire has been brought under control. Half a dozen fire tenders reached the spot and after much effort the fire was controlled. However, smoke is still coming out and firefighters are working to completely extinguish the fire. According to officials, there is no report of anyone being trapped or injured in the fire.
