Patna. There’s good news for young people preparing for jobs in government and prestigious institutions in Bihar. Nalanda University, Rajgir, has released an official notification for the recruitment of non-teaching positions for the year 2026. This recruitment drive will fill nine vacant positions. Interested candidates can apply online by the deadline.
On which posts will recruitment take place?
According to the notification issued by Nalanda University, recruitment will be made for the following positions: Librarian, Deputy Librarian, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Senior Assistant, Library Assistant, Assistant. All positions fall under the non-teaching category and require different educational qualifications and experience requirements.

The online application process has started and interested candidates can apply till August 21, 2026. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted, hence candidates are advised to complete the application well in time.
