Grand event organized on International Yoga Day in Daihar Vidyalaya, inauguration of newly built stage

On the occasion of International Yoga Day in Chauparan, Gram Panchayat Daihar was organized in the campus of Upgraded High School Daihar amidst enthusiasm and dignified atmosphere. President and members of the school management committee, teachers, enlightened citizens, social workers and a large number of students participated in the program, understood the importance of yoga and took a pledge to lead a healthy life.

The program was conducted by teacher Upendra Verma. On the occasion of Yoga Day, the newly constructed stage and hand wash unit in the school premises was inaugurated by Panchayat head Bramdev Bhuiyan. After the inauguration, the people present appreciated the new facilities developed in the school.

During this, yoga was practiced and the importance of physical and mental health was highlighted through yoga. Addressing the program, chief representative Nagendra Kumar said that Yoga is an invaluable heritage of Indian culture. Appealing to all the people to make yoga a part of daily life, he said that regular practice of yoga keeps a person mentally and physically healthy and can become a responsible and healthy citizen. The program was concluded with the national anthem. An atmosphere of discipline, enthusiasm and national spirit was seen throughout the event.
