Grayce Tan, alleged affair partner of PropertyLimBrothers’ co-founder Melvin Lim, makes social media comeback

She registered as an estate agent with the Council for Estate Agencies under agency OrangeTee & Tie on June 20, data from the council shows, as reported by AsiaOne.

Since June 12, Tan has been posting real estate videos on her Instagram page, “Homes with Grayce.” Before that, the last video she posted was on Dec. 23, 2025.

Her recent videos are clips from her YouTube account, which appears to have been created on June 10.

According to the channel description, it aims to explain the decisions behind real estate advice, while exploring real estate investments in Singapore with “rigorous analysis.”

“Because real estate isn’t just a home – it is the most powerful vehicle most Singaporeans will ever have to build real wealth and accumulate lasting equity,” she wrote.

Tan was allegedly involved in an extramarital affair with PropertyLimBrothers’ CEO cwhich came to light in January this year, when she was vice president of strategy. After that, she became relatively inactive on social media.

Online posts indicate that Tan married her husband in 2023 and later held a wedding ceremony in September 2025. Lim married his wife when he was 24 and they have four children.

Videos of Tan and Lim’s alleged affair, purportedly recorded from an office unit, circulated on social media platforms at the time. Following the incident, Lim and Tan resigned from the real estate agency.

Meanwhile, more than 100 property agents left real estate agency KW Singapore following Lim’s resignation from both his roles at the agency and PropertyLimBrothers, The Straits Times reported. Lim is the founder of KW Singapore.

PropertyLimBrothers later launched a whistle-blowing channel for property agents and other employees to raise concerns anonymously.
