Fans of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place have something to look forward to, as a beloved character from the original series will be returning for the four part conclusion.
Gregg Sulkin is set to guest star, bringing back his iconic character Mason Greyback from the original Wizards of Waverly Placeas per Deadline.
But, the role he will be taking on is kept under the wraps.
The 33-year-old English actor also confirmed the news on Instagram on April 16, sharing a screenshot of Deadline’s article along with an image of him seemingly on set.
In the photo the Pretty Smart actor was seen leaning against the doorframe of an apartment giving a bright smile to the camera.
“Back where it all began with a cast and crew that I will always call family – excited for you all to see Mason again,” He captioned the post.
Over three seasons of Disney’s Wizards of Waverly PlaceGregg recurred as Mason Greyback, a purebred werewolf who became a love interest for Selena Gomez’s Alex Russo.
Fans were quite happy to learn about this news.
“Yes, you’re finally back,” a fan wrote.
“Yes, I’m so excited,” another said.
