Group yoga practice in Lotan Kotwali complex on International Yoga Day

Lotan (Siddharthnagar). On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a group yoga exercise program was organized under the leadership of Police Station Head Hariom Kushwaha in the police station Kotwali Lotan premises on Sunday.

On Sunday, students and teachers of St. Lawrence Public School Mahadeva along with police officers and employees participated enthusiastically in the yoga practice program in the premises of Police Station Lotan. During the yoga practice, various yogasanas and pranayam were performed and the message of maintaining strong physical, mental and spiritual health through yoga was given. All the participants present were inspired by Police Station Head Hariom Kushwaha to do yoga regularly, adopt a healthy lifestyle and make yoga an integral part of their daily life. Also, detailed information was given about the importance of yoga and its positive effects. The program ended with a pledge by all the participants to do yoga daily and make the society aware about yoga. The program was successfully completed in a cordial and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Lotan (Siddharthnagar). On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a yoga program was organized by Bharatiya Janata Party Lotan Mandal in the premises of Saraswati Shishu Mandir Lotan. In the program, BJP officials and workers collectively practiced yoga and gave the message of healthy life.

Chief guest of the program, former District President of BJP Brij Bihari Mishra said that Yoga is an invaluable heritage of Indian culture. Regular practice of yoga keeps the body healthy and provides relief from mental stress. He appealed to the people to make yoga a part of their daily life.

The people present in the program organized under the leadership of BJP Mandal President Dr. Sanjay Kumar Shukla practiced various yogasanas and pranayama. Speakers said that yoga has today become a medium for health and balanced life all over the world. On this occasion, a large number of BJP officials and workers including Driganarayan Singh, Bablu Pandey, Pradeep Modanwal, Anurag Kasoudhan, Vinod Mishra, Rudranarayan Pandey, Shivam Biswas, Premchand Modanwal, Krishnadutt Tripathi, Santosh Pandey, Satish Verma, Anand Prakash Gaur were present. At the end of the program everyone took a pledge to do yoga regularly and make people aware about yoga.
