Police is ready to conduct NEET exam in a fair and peaceful manner
Prayagraj. The police administration remained fully active and alert throughout the day with the aim of conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-2026 safely, peacefully and fairly. In this sequence, Bridge Deputy Commissioner Ganganagar conducted a comprehensive inspection of various examination centers under Zone Ganganagar and took stock of the security arrangements and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officers and employees.
During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner of Police closely inspected the examination halls made in the examination centres, the system of intensive checking of candidates at the entry gates, the functioning of CCTV cameras, the CCTV control room and the strong room made for the security of question papers and examination material. He ensured that there was no negligence in maintaining the confidentiality and transparency of the examination.
Candidates were thoroughly checked with their identity cards at the main entrances of the examination centres. Special vigil was kept on the candidates bringing restricted material and security standards were strictly followed. During the inspection, police officers also obtained information about security related preparations from the center administrators.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police directed the police personnel on duty to maintain law and order during the examination as well as to maintain sensitive behavior towards the candidates and their parents. He said that fairness of the examination is the top priority and if any irregularity or suspicious activity is found, immediate effective action should be taken.
Adequate number of police forces were deployed around the examination centres, so that the traffic system remains smooth and the candidates do not face any inconvenience in reaching the examination centres. Due to the coordinated efforts of the police and administration, the NEET examination-2026 was conducted in a peaceful, safe and orderly environment at all the examination centers of Ganganagar zone. The police administration had made extensive security arrangements to keep the examination process completely transparent, safe and free from cheating, which was also appreciated by the local people and parents.
