Lucknow: Aam Aadmi Party's Uttar Pradesh in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh (Sanjay Singh, Aam Aadmi Party's Uttar Pradesh in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP) has made a scathing attack on the Modi government at the Center regarding the functioning of the Election Commission, illegal changes made in Form-6 and the law and order of the country. Issuing a statement through social media on Wednesday, MP Sanjay Singh said that democracy is in complete danger in the country. Within the Election Commission, two Election Commissioners registered their disagreement 14 times, calling the changes in Form-6 and the centralized system of adding and subtracting votes illegal, but despite this, Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar is adopting a dictatorial attitude and taking unilateral decisions.

Gyanesh Kumar is taking unilateral decisions despite opposition from two election commissioners
MP Sanjay Singh said that the two Election Commissioners themselves have lodged written protests 14 times on the new centralized formula for deleting and adding votes that has been implemented by the Election Commission. He had clearly said that your method is wrong and taking away the powers from the local officials of the states (SDM etc.) and arbitrarily deleting names is completely unconstitutional. Sanjay Singh said that when two commissioners within the Commission are calling it wrong, then on whose instructions is Gyanesh Kumar doing this arbitrarily? Today in any assembly, 50,000 votes are deducted and BJP starts beating the drum of its victory by winning by 5,000 votes. This is not an election, but open looting of votes in connivance with Modi, Amit Shah and Gyanesh Kumar.

Sanjay Singh said that it is not Narendra Modi's popularity but his 'lootiness' on the basis of which the elections are being won. He said that the rules of Form 6 have been deliberately made so complex so that the common citizen cannot complete it. In Bengal, 60 lakh names were deleted, 27 lakh names were kept pending and later after giving an affidavit, it was accepted that 93 percent of the names were absolutely correct. He asked who would go to jail for the crime of depriving millions of legitimate citizens from voting rights? He said that in Delhi, the names of former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani, former Army Chief, Foreign Minister, Foreign Secretary, three-time Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his family, even Manish Sisodia and Kapil Sibal were deleted. Even the name of Election Commissioner Sandhu was missing from the list. When this can happen to people holding top positions in the country, then what about the voting rights of the common people?

Gyanesh Kumar's arrest is necessary for fair elections, all old elections should be cancelled.
The AAP MP said that the Supreme Court is playing the role of 'Dhritarashtra' by blindfolding itself in this entire matter. When 93 percent voters were found to be correct, why were they stopped from voting? Sanjay Singh bluntly demanded that fair elections can never be held in the country while Gyanesh Kumar is in office, hence he should be immediately arrested and put in jail. Along with this, he demanded that the elections of all the states including Bihar, Bengal, Delhi, Haryana and Maharashtra, which were conducted under the guise of rigging and vote harvesting, should be canceled and re-elections should be conducted with an unbiased voter list.

Incidents of gang rape, murder and gang war have become common and prestigious institutions like Lady Shri Ram College are having to stop offline classes.
On the incident of molestation of a minor girl in Jamui, Bihar, the MP said that Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, who had claimed that he would step down if the molestation incident occurs, should immediately resign. He said that BJP-JDU, which have been in power for 25 years, still cry in the name of RJD for their failures. He made it clear that the Aam Aadmi Party will continue to fight strongly against this plunder of democracy and misgovernance of the BJP, from Parliament to the streets.
