  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • oil for frying

Recipe to make Jowar Bada

To make this spicy Jowar Bada, first mix gram flour, jowar flour, curd and salt in a bowl. Now add garlic, ginger and green chilli paste to it. Now add finely chopped spinach and 1/2 cup water to the flour and mix well. Now make small vadas from the prepared mixture and fry them in hot oil in a pan. Serve prepared vadas with green chutney or sauce.
