Materials:

  • Sattu flour
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Roasted sesame seeds
  • Almonds
  • nuts
  • ghee
  • Jaggery powder
  • Dark chocolate
  • milk

Action:

  • To make sattu chocolate, first of all take sattu flour in a big bowl. Then add roasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds and mix well.
  • Add ground almonds, cashews and other dry fruits of your choice to the prepared mixture and mix well.
  • Add jaggery powder and two to three spoons of ghee to the prepared mixture and mix well.
  • After mixing all the ingredients properly by hand, keep it for some time.
