Ryan Reynolds to produce upcoming project with ‘Free Guy’ director

Henry Cavill and Kevin Hart are all set to collaborate in an exciting project for Netflix.

The popular Hollywood stars will be teaming up for spy comedy film in which both will play rival spies.

The yet-untitled project is said to be directed by McG, who previously made films like The Babysitters and its sequel, The Uglies and Rim of the World.

Meanwhile, Shawn Levy’s production company 21 Laps and Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort will be backing the project as producers.

Henry and Kevin’s new film is based on a short story by Sean Lewis, and the script is prepared by Masters of the Universe writers Adam and Aaron Nee.

The synopsis of the film reads, “Their double lives collide in unexpectedly hilarious and dangerous ways, forcing the two men to reluctantly become confidantes and partners on the road to fatherhood”, reported Deadline.

Work wise, Hart recently did his roast show on Netflix, during which his closest pal Dwayne Johnson made a surprise appearance.

On the other hand, DC star Cavill last collaborated with Jake Gyllenhaal in action-packed movie In the Grey, directed by Guy Ritchie. The film is officially now ready to be streamed on Prime Video.
