Yogi government's zero tolerance policy against land jihad has been a big victory. mother. The Allahabad High Court has justified the action of the district administration against the land purchased from the tribal community after the marriage and conversion of a Scheduled Tribe woman to Muslim Bahadur Ali and refused any interference.
The district administration had declared all the deeds done by the woman Razia alias Nanhki fraudulently showing herself to be a Scheduled Tribe after conversion and vested the land in the Gram Sabha. On the other hand, Ma. Along with the order of the High Court, the district administration has also started preparations for public utility construction on the land grabbed from the tribal community by mastermind Bahadur Ali for changing demography. Soon, along with construction of a playground and marriage hall on the land, preparations are also underway to install the statue of social reformer Birsa Munda.

District Magistrate Charcha Gaur said that after coming to the notice of the case of Bahadur Ali usurping the tribal lands in Baghadu village of Duddhi, bordering Jharkhand, by forgery in the name of his wife, the district administration ensured strict action. He told that after his marriage with Razia, a woman from the tribal community, Bahadur Ali had purchased more than 30 lands of SC-ST by manipulating the documents and showing it as belonging to the tribal community. Later Bahadur Ali gave these lands to his relatives living in Jharkhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh.

The district administration had declared void all the deeds done by the SC-ST community on the old identity of wife Razia by committing fraud by mastermind Bahadur Ali and vested 5.7142 hectares of land of 40 gats in the Gram Sabha. The District Magistrate said that Razia had complained against the action of the District Administration in the month of April. Knocked the door of the High Court. While hearing the case, the bench of Honorable Justice Arun Kumar refused to interfere in any way, justifying the order of vesting the disputed lands in the Gram Sabha by declaring the deeds of the district administration legally void.
It is noteworthy that following the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the district administration took strict action and also ensured effective advocacy in the High Court due to which the court gave its decision in less than 5 months.
The District Magistrate said that public utility construction will be done on the land which was conspiracyfully grabbed by Bahadur Ali from the SC-ST community. Keeping in mind the physical development of the children of the area, a playground and a marriage hall will be constructed. Due to which the people around will get convenience in marriage programs. Along with this, necessary action is also being taken for the installation of the statue of great social reformer Birsa Munda. Government buildings will be constructed on the remaining land.
Hearing the case, the Justice said that if a person has been living according to other religions and customs for decades and has lost his connection, beliefs and practices with his original community, then he cannot claim the legal protection given to Scheduled Tribes. The petitioner could not present any concrete evidence to prove that despite her marriage as per the Muslim tradition and living in a separate identity for many decades, she remained connected to the traditions of the Panika tribe or that the society had accepted her as its member.
