HMD Vibe 2: New 5G phone will be launched on May 21, these strong features will be available with 6000mAh battery

HMD is preparing to launch its new budget smartphone HMD Vibe 2 5G in the Indian market. The brand has announced that it will launch this new device next week. Due to this, the brand has started teasing the handset, in which the design, color options and some key specifications of the phone have been unveiled.

This smartphone will be available in three colors in India. It will have a dual rear camera setup, which will be in a rectangular camera module and its design looks similar to the camera design of the iPhone 17 Pro series. Let us now know in detail about all its other features and details.

The microsite created for the phone has been updated to confirm that HMD Vibe 2 5G will be launched in India on May 21. This smartphone will be available for sale on Flipkart in Cosmic Lavender, Nordic Blue and Peach Pink colors.

Dual rear camera system will be provided in the phone, in which 50-megapixel AI camera will be the main sensor. Along with this, another secondary camera will also be available, although its information has not been revealed yet. Apart from this, the phone will have a large battery of 6,000mAh and it will support 18W wired charging.

Design and features
HMD Vibe 2 5G has a rectangular camera module, which has two camera lenses and LED flash. Its design resembles Apple’s flagship phones. The phone will have a flat dual-tone back panel, with HMD branding at the bottom. The power button and volume buttons are provided on the right side, while the SIM tray slot is present on the left side.

Apart from this, the phone will also have USB Type-C port, speaker grill, secondary microphone cutout and 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom. However, information about the price, processor and other key features of the phone has not been revealed yet. It is expected that the company will reveal these in the coming days.

Recently, while teasing this phone, the company had said that it will have a flat display and center punch-hole cutout, which can have a selfie and video calling camera.
