  • 500 grams curd
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 cup grated beetroot

Method

  • First of all, lightly roast the makhana on medium flame for 2-3 minutes and let it cool.

  • Now add grated beetroot, chopped apple and roasted makhana and mix well.
  • Garnish with green coriander, mint, pomegranate seeds, rose petals and dry fruits.
