Honda 2-Wheelers India continued its strong performance in August 2026 with total sales of over 5.79 lakh two-wheelers. Last year in the same month i.e. August 2025, the company had sold 5.34 lakh units. Compared to this, the company's total sales have registered an annual increase of 8 percent this year.
The company's domestic sales grew by 8 percent to 5,17,329 units in August 2026 from 4,81,021 units in August 2025. Also, there has been a significant increase in foreign exports of 15 percent with 61,833 two-wheelers being exported to various global markets in August 2026, as against 53,840 units last year.

In the first five months of the current financial year (April to August 2026), the company has registered a growth of 13 percent by selling 27.33 lakh vehicles. During these five months, 24.07 lakh vehicles were sold in the domestic market, showing an increase of 11 percent. During the same period, the company's exports have increased by 31 percent to 3.26 lakh units.
According to an official statement by the company, it is successfully serving customers through more than 7,000 network centers across the country. Honda has taken the lead in the Indian market in terms of domestic two-wheeler sales in the month of August.

Honda recently launched its first flex-fuel scooter in the Indian market Honda ADV160 Flex-Fuel It has been launched at a price of Rs 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The scooter is capable of running on E85 fuel with an 85 percent ethanol blend and is powered by a 156.93 cc liquid-cooled engine. Along with this, the company has launched its entry-level cruiser bike Honda Rebel 300 It has also been launched in two variants, Standard and E-Clutch, priced at Rs 2.22 lakh and Rs 2.62 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. The booking of both these vehicles has started and their delivery will start from mid-October 2026.
