Indian Rapper Honey Singh has made an explosive revelation about his limited work, accusing an unnamed music label of harassing him, saying it has disrupted his work and cut down how much music he has been able to put out.
During an Instagram Live session, the 43-year-old said, “Ek label ne mujhe tang kiya hai hai. Mera Bholenath dekh raha hai. If he is proud that he is very bad, then he is proud of even Raavan, mere friends.”
He added that the ongoing trouble has slowed his output significantly.
“Labelon has harassed me so much, it has troubled me so much. Till now I have given you 5 songs in a month,” he said, adding, “Until now they have disturbed me so much.”
During the same session, the Brown Rang singer also spoke about Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming magnum opus Ramayana.
The Blue Eyes vocalist said he had watched the teaser and was impressed by Yash’s look and screen presence as Ravana.
He shared that he has a personal, emotional connection to the story, recalling Ramleela performances he watched growing up in Delhi and Karampura, and said he hoped the film stays true to the version he grew up with, without hurting anyone’s sentiments.
Ramayanastarring Ranbir Kapoor and produced by Namit Malhotra, releases in two parts, Part One on November 6, 2026, two days before Diwali, with Part Two expected around Diwali 2027.
Its English trailer opens with Yash’s Ravana declaring himself ruler of the three worlds, before Lord Vishnu takes the form of Ram, played by Ranbir Kapoor, who eventually marries Sita (Sai Pallavi) and is sent into 14 years of exile, during which Ravana abducts Sita.
