Honor 600 Pro Features Detachable Secondary Screen
Mumbai, May 18: Honor recently introduced the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro in global markets and is now preparing for their launch in China with notable design changes and enhanced battery capacities.
A recent leak from tipster Fixed Focus Digital suggests that the Honor 600 Pro may come with a detachable secondary screen accessory. This secondary display is expected to attach magnetically to the back of the device and could serve multiple functions, including acting as a remote camera controller, a fill light, or a small display for photo transfers and wallpapers. The leak also included a blurred image showcasing the attachment on the rear panel of the phone.
In terms of specifications, both the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro feature a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and impressive peak brightness. The Honor 600 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, while the Pro version boasts the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
Camera capabilities include a 200MP main sensor and a 50MP front camera for the standard model, whereas the Pro variant adds a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom. Both models are equipped with a 7000mAh battery, with a smaller 6400mAh option available in Europe. Notably, the Pro version supports 50W wireless charging.
For the Chinese market, significant upgrades are anticipated in battery capacity. According to another tipster, Smart Pikachu, the Honor 600 is expected to feature an 8600mAh battery, while the Honor 600 Pro will come with an 8000mAh unit, both larger than their global counterparts. The remaining hardware specifications are largely consistent with the global versions.
The Honor 600 will be available in China in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants, offered in colors such as Lucky Star, Obsidian Black, Light Feature Blue, and Green Apple. The Honor 600 Pro will introduce a 16GB/512GB model, maintaining the same color options as the standard version.
