Here Is A Simple, Expert-Approved 10-Step Plan To Lose Weight

1. Detox Water And Fat First Thing In The Morning

She refers to it as her “Morning Army” and consumes fat first thing in the morning after drinking a specially prepared detox water. This is her “glow and gut combo,” she says.

2. Three Meals A Day

She adhered to this regimen. Three actual meals are preferable to six snack breaks, in her words.

3. Snacked Only On Real Food

She only snacked on real food. This, she claims, is what kept her slender.

4. Consume Fats Every Day, Including Ghee

She consumed fat every day, including ghee. Ghee, according to her, promotes hormone balance rather than weight gain.

5. Fermented Foods

She ate pickle and curd every day, referring to it as her Gut Therapy

6. 10-Minute Movement After Meals

She added ten minutes of movement after meals, claiming that this prevented the storage of fat.

7. Eliminate Cheat Meals

She completely stopped eating cheat meals and instead adhered to the 80-20 rule, which she claims helped her achieve genuine results guilt-free.

8. Apple Cider Vinegar Before Meals

Before heavy meals or desserts, she consumed apple cider vinegar, which she referred to as her “sugar spike shield.”

9. Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Approximately 80 per cent of her meals were anti-inflammatory, which she attributes to a reduction in bloating.

10. Eat Rice Every Day, Smartly

She also ate rice every day, claiming it's not the bad guy it's portrayed as.
