How did Professor PV Kulkarni start the NEET paper leak racket? the truth came out

The biggest revelation so far has been made in the country’s biggest medical entrance exam NEET (UG) 2026 paper leak case. This case is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and CBI has now made a major arrest in this case. Giving information about this on Friday, CBI said that they have arrested a retired chemistry professor in this paper leak case who is being said to be the main accused in this entire case. Surprisingly, this accused professor was part of the team of National Testing Agency (NTA), the agency that conducts this examination and prepares the paper.

According to reports, the arrested accused has been identified as P.V. She is born in the form of Kulkarni. According to CBI, Kulkarni was associated with the teams preparing question papers for medical entrance examinations for many years. During this time, he learned everything about the exam pattern, secret documents and security procedures. CBI alleges that by using this access and experience, he started a paper leak racket worth crores of rupees.

How did the paper reach the children?

Investigation has revealed that Kulkarni had prepared a network to deliver the papers to the students in a very planned manner. CBI alleges that before the examination, some selected students were called in the name of special class. In these classes, the same questions and answers were allegedly asked which were later asked in the real NEET exam. Students used to write those questions in their notebooks and later when the investigating agencies compared those notes with the original paper, many questions were found to be exactly the same.

According to CBI, this entire game was not limited to just a few students. Initial investigation has revealed that a large number of students were benefited through this network and huge amounts of money were collected in return. The agency suspects that Rs 10 lakh to Rs 25 lakh was taken from a student. The families of many children reportedly paid huge sums to get their children admitted to medical colleges.

Serious allegations against professor

The most shocking thing is that Kulkarni is accused not only of paper leak but of operating the entire racket. CBI believes that he was the mastermind of this network. With the help of middlemen, people associated with coaching and some other people, he had created a system in which after the paper was leaked, the questions were delivered safely to the selected students.

Investigation has also revealed that the accused organized secret sessions at his house and some private places in Pune. During these sessions, students were not allowed to take mobile phones inside. Students were asked to make notes by hand so that digital evidence was kept to a minimum. However, the investigating agencies have found many important clues from the notebooks and other documents of the students. This evidence may prove important in this case.

CBI engaged in investigation

CBI officials believe that this network may have been active for a long time. The agency is now trying to find out whether Kulkarni has played a similar role in any other exam before. The investigation team suspects that the strings of this racket are spread across many states. Many suspects are being interrogated in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi and Uttarakhand. Now the agency is scanning the entire network through money trail.
